Menu Entries allow for customization of the RMTrack menu system and by allowing Administrators to add links to such things as:
Link to another web site – either external (internet) or internal (intranet). These websites may be associated applications, reference sites etc.
Link to documents or files - stored on your network for reference material.
Link to an RMTrack custom report - Sometimes it may be desirable to link to custom reports and processes under a different menu item than Reports, or directly on the Issue Details page. In the above example, the Revision History custom report is published on the issue details page. This report is included in the example reports section of this guide.
Link to custom RMTrack pages - From time to time RMTrack has created, or assisted in creating, custom pages for specific client requirements. These pages can be added as custom Menu entries.
Link to Custom HTML pages - For more information please see the section Custom HTML in this guide.
