E-Mail Notifications
E-Mail notifications allow RMTrack users to be informed by e-mail when certain events occur to an issue. If RMTrack has been connected to an Outgoing E-Mail server, you can create rules that control when e-mails are sent and who they are sent to.
E-Mail Notifications
E-Mail notification rules can apply to a specific project or to all projects allowing finer control over when and to who e-mails are sent. Changing the project dropdown will display rules for the selected project or for All Projects.
To add an e-mail notification rule, first choose the desired project (or All Projects) from the project dropdown then click the New button. To modify a rule, click on the rule name. To delete a rule, select the row by clicking anywhere to the right of the name and then click the Delete button.
