The Confirmation tab controls what happens after the user clicks the Submit button on the public form.
After clicking Submit on the form, the user can either be shown a text message in their current browser tab, or they can be redirected to a different web page, for example, back to page that the original link to the form was published on.
A confirmation email can also be sent to an email address contained in one of the text fields from the form design, for example, a field could be included for “Your Email Address”.
The Reply To E-Mail Address field allows for specifying the email address to be used if the user clicks “Reply” to the confirmation e-mail. If no Reply To address is supplied, the standard From Address from the Outgoing E-Mail Configuration page will be used.
The contents of the email message are supplied using an email template the same as e-mail notifications. Clicking the New… button beside the list of email templates will allow a new email template to be created from this page.
