Public forms allow RMTrack clients to publish a link to a data entry form that can submit issues to RMTrack. These public forms can be used by anyone with access to the URL even though they do not have an RMTrack user account.
To add a public form page, click the New button. To delete a from, select the row by clicking anywhere to the right of the form name and then click the Delete button. To modify a form, click on the form name.
The Form URL column shows two URLs; READABLE and PERMALINK. The first uses the encoded Form Name as part of URL the URL. Note that forms can be renamed which will change that URL. The second uses an internal identifier for the form that is never changed even if a form is renamed. When publishing URLs for public forms it is recommended that the PERMALINK be used.
