Each of the Data Entry From item properties dialogues has a Conditional Logic tab that allows rules to be set for when to display the Item i.e. the Section, Field or Text.
The conditions created can cause the item to either Show or Hide for Sections and Text items, and the rule can be applied when either All conditions are matched or Any conditions are matched.
Conditional Logic for Field Display Properties also has the ability to Enable or Disable the field and also has the option of setting Validation rules:
Fields can be made Required or Not Required depending on the rules defined.
New conditions can be added to the filter by clicking on the link which will display a selection list of issue fields. Clicking on a field name will allow a condition for that field to be entered. Depending on the type of the field selected (e.g. Text, Number, Date, Dropdown list, etc.) the form will present appropriate choices.
