Adding HTML text to a data entry form can by useful to add disclaimers or instructions of to accomplish advanced formatting of the form.

Use the HTML editor provided to enter the text etc. that you want to appear on the form.

 

The advanced sizing settings allow the HTML text to span multiple columns or rows.  Text entries in the last row of a section cannot be set to span rows and text entries in the rightmost column cannot span columns. There must be space (i.e. no other fields) beside or below the text entry being spanned. Some trial and error may be necessary to attain the desired effect.
