RMTrack provides a Data Import tool that can be used to import data into the Issues, Users and Code tables. The importer can be used to create records or to update existing records.
NOTE: Using the importer can be tricky! Please feel free to contact support@rmtrack.com or log a support request on the RMTrack Support site for assistance importing data.
WARNING: It is highly recommended that you take a backup of your database before using the importer. You may also want to consider only importing data when no other users are accessing RMTrack.
The data importer uses several pages to walk the user through the import process: (NOTE: The actual screens of the data importer vary depending on some selections made. The screens below represent creating new issues with the importer.)
