Overview

RMTrack was originally designed as an issue tracking application for use in software development projects. However, because RMTrack was designed to be extremely customizable to meet the needs of individual clients, we have found that RMTrack can be used to track many different types of process driven information; Software issues, Support requests, Task management, Sales promotions, Maintenance schedules and many others.
 
A good general description of RMTrack is:
 

“A web based application that allows a group of users to collaboratively manage items though a workflow process. Information about these items can be entered and updated throughout the process. Accountability is maintained by assigning each item to an individual user at each step of the workflow process.”

 
Issue List: A filterable, sortable list of items in the database.                     
 
Issue Details: The information being tracked about each item.
 
Workflow: The process each item goes through from creation to resolution.
