Outgoing E-Mail Log
 
The Outgoing E-Mail Log shows sent and failed e-mails as well as pending e-mails. By Default RMTrack deletes e-mail notifications from the log after 3 days for successfully sent e-mails and 30 days for failed e-mails.
 
NOTE: It is possible to change the retention period for the e-mail log. For assistance with this please contact support@rmtrack.com.
 
If an e-mail shows as STATUS of Failed in the list, click on the red ID # to display the failed delivery message from the e-mail server.
 
The columns can be resized and moved, clicking on the column heading will sort by that column.

Find Issue #

Enter an Issue # and click find to find any/all e-mail notifications for that issue #.

After searching for a specific issue, use the Show All button to display all notifications.

Clear log

3. Clear log
The log can be cleared using this button. The dropdown arrow allows a selection of:
  • Clear all entries
  • Clear all sent entries
  • Clear entries older than ...

Resend

4. Resend
You can resend e-mail notifications by selecting them and clicking the resend button. Multiple rows (notifications) can be selected by using Ctrl+click or Shift+click to select a range of rows.
