The default name for an "item" or record in RMTrack is: Issue. This can be changed to better reflect your use of RMTrack. For example: Defect, Concern or Problem. Remember that this term will be used across the entire site so it should be something that applies to all your projects.
A singular and plural form of the name is required. The new name will be used throughout the application.
