Several options are available to control the appearance of attachments on the issue details page:
Show date when the attachment was created
Show user that created the attachment
Show thumbnail for image attachments
(if using thumbnails) Always sort image attachments first
Attachment List Sorting
Attachment name, then newest first
Attachment name, then oldest first
Newest first, then attachment name
Oldest first, then attachment name
Maximum Attachment Size
The default maximum size of attachments in RMTrack is 10 megabytes (MB). Changing the setting for Maximum Attachment Size allows you to control the maximum size allowed. The number is in kilobytes (KB).
Permitted Attachments
You can also set the permitted file types for attachments. For example, you may wish to block executables (.exe) from being uploaded to RMTrack. You can do by changing the setting from the default "All files" to a list of permitted file types. To add permitted file types click on
Add a description for the file type(s) you are allowing and then in the Extensions field, type in the extension(s). Multiple file extensions can be added to the same entry. And multiple entries can be added.
