The Archive Run creates the following files in the location provided in the Archive rule
An Attachments folder - all attachments from the archived issues
A Configuration folder - a zipped .SQL file that contains all the setup and configuration files for your RMTrack application at the time of archiving and also all issue data for the archived issues. This file can be used to recreate the RMTrack database with just the archived issue in it.
Html folder - all the issue data for each archived issue and an Index.htm that is the list of archived issues.
RawData.csv - the raw issue data in a comma delimited format
RawData.xlsx - the raw issue data in a Microsoft EXCEL format
ReadMe.htm - details of the archive and links to other files
